§ 8-76. Posting and use of pool which does not have operational permit.

  • Upon a determination by the county health department that a public pool or bathing place is operating without a valid operating permit, any representative of the county health department, after issuance of a notice of the violation in writing to the owner or to any person in charge at the premises, shall post a sign advising the public that the public swimming pool or bathing place is closed. Thereafter, the operator shall be prohibited from removing said sign or allowing anyone to use the public swimming pool or bathing place until a valid operation permit is issued pursuant to this article.
