§ 8-77. Injunctive relief.

If any violation of the provisions of this article is not corrected by the operator after notification and posting by the county health department and use of the public swimming pool or bathing place continues, the county attorney, in the name of the county, upon the request of the county health officer may apply for an injunction to require such compliance.
