§ 8-75. Annual fee for operational permit.

The annual fee a person shall pay for an operation permit required by the provisions of this article shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per pool or bathing place. Said fee shall cover the administrative cost of the permit and the cost of maintaining bacteriological surveillance.
