§ 5-334. Rules of procedure.

The board shall have the power to adopt, from time to time, its own rules of procedure. The rules of procedure, and any amendment thereto, shall be effective only upon approval of the commission. Following the approval, a copy of such rules of procedure, and any amendment thereto, shall be filed with the clerk of the board of county commissioners.
