§ 5-333. Organization.

At the first meeting held by the board each calendar year, the members of the board shall elect, by majority vote from its members, a chairman, vice-chairman, and such other officers as deemed necessary for performance of its duties. The officers shall serve for a term of one year. The chairman, or in the chairman's absence the vice-chairman, shall serve as the presiding officer at all meetings of the board.
