§ 4.4-15. Construction timetable.

The franchise shall accomplish significant construction within one year after receiving Federal Communications Commission certification and shall thereafter equitably and reasonably extend energized trunk cable to a substantial percentage of its franchise area each year, which shall be a minimum of twenty (20) per cent of the franchise area per year unless otherwise specified in the franchise.
