§ 2-250. Construction and authorization.

Nothing in this article shall be construed to limit the authority of the board to declare or terminate a state of emergency, limit or expand the functions of the county manager under section 2-247, rescind or cancel one or more emergency measures taken pursuant to section 2-247, or exercise any other authority conferred on the board by Chapter 252, Florida Statutes.
