§ 12-182. Land spreading site requirements.
(a)
Each permittee must endeavor to restrict access to the land spreading site(s) by the use of "No Trespassing" signs, suitable fencing or other effective means.
(b)
All setback areas shall be vegetated.
(c)
When applied to unvegetated soils for other than agricultural purposes, residuals shall be incorporated into the soil within forty-eight (48) hours of application.
(d)
At access points on roads along the site perimeter, signs shall be posted stating "No Trespassing." The lettering on these signs shall be at least two (2) inches high and of a contrasting color to the sign background.
(e)
A permittee may not land spread residuals within the following minimum setbacks:

*The 200′ setback may be reduced to 100′ if residuals are injected into soil or a conservation plan is provided pursuant to Chapter 62-640, F.A.C.The property owner or his agent may seek a variance to this setback requirement in accordance with the provision of section 12-187 of this article.
(f)
The permittee and owner shall, as a condition of the permit, grant to the public works director or his designee, access to the land spreading site at any reasonable time, for the purpose of determining compliance with this article, Chapter 62-640, F.A.C., Chapter 10D-6, F.A.C., Chapter 62-660, F.A.C., 40 CFR, Part 503 and any permit requirements.
