§ 12-181. Modifications to permits.

The permittee shall notify the public works department by letter of any significant changes anticipated to operations in Polk County prior to the fact, except for emergencies. The director or his designee will then decide whether a permit modification will be required. A written notification of operational changes due to an emergency must be submitted to the public works director within seven (7) days following such changes.
