§ 12-80. Extension of territory.

A utility may make application to extend service to additional territory than that described in its franchise agreement in the same manner as provided in sections 12-76 through 12-78 of this article. In the event a utility is authorized to provide service to additional territory, an amended franchise agreement shall be provided.
