§ 11.8-15. Rules and regulations.

The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to adopt by resolution such rules and regulations as are necessary or proper to implement this article. The division will be the authority and oversight to assure delivery of emergency medical services within the geographical boundaries of Polk County.
