§ 11.8-16. Penalties.

Violators of this article or the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder shall be punished pursuant to Section 125.69, Florida Statutes. The board of county commissioners may bring suit to restrain, enjoin or otherwise prevent the violation of this article in the circuit court of the county.
