§ 10-110. Setbacks from agricultural/commercial/industrial areas.

Prior to and during the mining of lands lying within two hundred fifty (250) feet of a property line, a protective berm or fence shall be erected adjacent to such property line. Such lands must be reclaimed within one (1) year after they have been mined.
