§ 10.8-77. Notice by publication.

(a)

Upon completion of the street lighting assessment roll, the division shall publish, or direct the publication of a notice which meets the requirements of the Uniform Assessment Collection Act, informing the public that the board will hear objections of all interested persons to the final street lighting assessment resolution which shall establish the rate of the street lighting assessment and approve the aforementioned street lighting assessment roll.

(b)

At its option, the board may publish separate advertisements as required in this section 10.8-77 for individual street lighting assessment areas or it may include multiple street lighting assessment areas in a single published advertisement.

(c)

The published notice shall conform to the requirements set forth in the Uniform Assessment Collection Act.
