§ 10.8-76. Street lighting assessment roll.

  • (a)

    The division shall prepare, or direct the preparation of, a preliminary street lighting assessment roll that contains the following information:

    (1)

    A summary description of each tax parcel (conforming to the description contained on the tax roll) subject to the street lighting assessment;

    (2)

    The name of the owner of record of each tax parcel as shown on the tax roll; and

    (3)

    The estimated maximum street lighting assessment to become due in any fiscal year for each tax parcel.

    (b)

    Copies of the initial street lighting assessment resolution and the preliminary street lighting assessment roll shall be on file in the office of the division and open to public inspection. The foregoing shall not be construed to require that the street lighting assessment roll be in printed form if the amount of the street lighting assessment for each tax parcel can be determined by use of a computer terminal available for use by the public.
