§ 10.7-21. Nonconforming uses.

(a)

Any use which was lawful before the passage of this article but which is not in conformity with its provisions may be continued subject to the condition that no such use shall be expanded, changed or altered in a way which increases its nonconformity.

(b)

Any development that has received approval of the board of county commissioners prior to October 1, 1974, shall be deemed to have vested rights and shall be exempt from the development permit requirements.
