§ 10.7-22. Variances.

The procedures for granting a variance shall follow those procedures established for a variance under the county protective development regulations. The county zoning board of adjustment may grant variances to the terms of the general minimum standards only after the applicant has clearly demonstrated that literal enforcement of a particular rule, standard, or requirement contained in Chapter 22 F-6.08 of the Rules of the Department of Administration, Administration Commission, will create an unnecessary hardship with respect to the use of this unique parcel. Such variance shall be consistent with the purposes and objectives as set forth under Chapter 22 F-6.02 of the Rules of the Department of Administration, Administration Commission.
