§ 10.5-131. Review of decisions by division of development services.

Any decision of the division of development services rendered pursuant to sections 10.5-92 through 10.5-113 of this division or otherwise relating to the original issuance of adult use permit or license may be immediately reviewed as a matter of right by the circuit court upon the filing of an appropriate pleading by an aggrieved party.
