§ 10.5-132. Notice required under this division.

Any notice required under this division shall be accomplished by sending a written notification by certified mail to the mailing address set forth on the application for the license or permit. This mailing address shall be considered the correct mailing address unless the division of development services has been otherwise notified in writing.
