§ 7-42. Intent.

This code is intended to prescribe regulations which will afford the public a minimal level of fire safety consistent with both manpower and budget constraints. It is not the intent of the board of county commissioners in adopting this article to offer any assurance to the public that any given structure is free of danger from fire.
