§ 5-155. Revocation of permit.

Any permit issued under this article may be revoked by the building official at any stage of completion upon a finding of any of the following circumstances:

(1)

Permit issuance on a misrepresentation of fact in the application.

(2)

Work not being performed under proper supervision as required by this article.

(3)

Permit issuance in error where no authority for such issuance exists.

(4)

Work being performed in violation of the provisions of this article.

(5)

Registration of contractor named on the permit becoming void for any cause.
