§ 5-152. Permit fees.

(a)

At the time of filing an application for a permit required by this code, a fee for each permit shall be paid in accordance with the fee schedule established by the board of county commissioners.

(b)

These fees are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any permit fee required under zoning, building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical codes, except that the set-up fee includes the inspection of the basic electrical, plumbing and set-up, where new facilities are required.

(c)

The required fee shall be doubled when mobile home set-up work is started prior to obtaining a permit, if subsequently the permit is issued.
