§ 5-151. Permit application.

The owner of a mobile home, or his agent, shall apply to the building official for the mobile home set-up permit. An application for permit shall name the registered contractor who will perform the work, if set-up, plumbing or electrical work is to be performed by other than the owner, or shall state that the owner will perform the work if the owner intends to do so and is entitled to do so under the provisions of this article.
