§ 2-29.6. Same—Authority to complete agreements, etc.

The chairman of the board of county commissioners may, on behalf of Polk County and its employees, execute all agreements including but not limited to administration agreements, and joinder agreements with the employees which are necessary or the implementation of the described program except that any joinder agreement necessary for the chairman of the board of county commissioners to participate in the plan shall be executed by the vice-chairman of the board of county commissioners.
