For the purpose of eligibility to participate in the program hereby established, the
term "employee" shall include, without limitation, the members and employees of the
board of county commissioners, the clerk of the circuit court and said clerk's employees,
the property appraiser of Polk County and the property appraiser's employees, the
tax collector of Polk County and the tax collector's employees, and the sheriff of
Polk County and the sheriff's employees, and the supervisor of elections and the supervisor's
employees.
