§ 2-18. Vacation time.

(a)

All employees of the board of county commissioners and of all county officers are entitled annually to the vacation time from time to time heretofore or hereafter established by said employers and to have said vacation time accrue from year to year in accord with policies of said board or officers from time to time established.

(b)

Each such employee shall be entitled to receive, at the time of termination of his employment, compensation for such accrued annual vacation time. If the employee is discharged for cause, he shall forfeit his said accrued vacation time or compensation therefor.

(c)

All payments at termination for accrued vacation time heretofore made are hereby ratified and confirmed.
