§ 10-63. Impact vibration.

No activity at a limerock mining operation shall cause or create an impact vibration at any point on any perimeter of the mining site with a displacement in excess of the permitted impact vibration displacement for the frequencies as set forth in the following table, if there are any structures within one mile:
