§ 10-64. Noise.

No limerock mining activity shall cause or create a noise level at any point beyond the boundary line of mining site property which exceeds the maximum amounts as set forth in the following table, if there are any structures within one mile:

In no case shall the A weight sound pressure exceed fifty (50) decibels.
