§ 10-54. Dams.

Latest version.

All earth dams for impounding wastes from limerock mining and processing activities, and any operations connected with the dams, shall comply with specifications and requirements of the Florida Department of Pollution Control and any other governmental agency with jurisdiction, and dams shall be provided to insure that no such wastes shall escape the mining site and flow onto adjoining property or into any off-site watercourse or water body.
