§ 10-53. Mining and processing installations.

All installations reasonably required by the operator for limerock mining and processing activities may be constructed within the mining site; mining and processing installations may be modified or enlarged, provided the construction or enlargement complies with the specifications and requirements, then adopted, by the Florida Department of Pollution Control and any other governmental agency with jurisdiction.
