§ 10-25. Article declared to be minimum requirements.

The provisions of this article shall be held to be minimum requirements, adopted for the protection and promotion of the public health, safety or general welfare. Whenever the requirements of this article are at variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations, deed restrictions or covenants, the more restrictive standards shall govern.
