§ 10-24. Compliance with other laws required.

All limerock-mining operations shall comply with all rules, requirements or regulations of the Florida Department of Pollution Control, the Southwest Florida Water Management District or any other governmental agency with jurisdiction and any violation thereof shall be deemed to be a violation of this article.
