§ 10.8-1. Maintenance of cemeteries.

The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to maintain any noncommercial cemetery in Polk County, which has existed for more than thirty (30) years and for which no perpetual or other continuing means of maintenance exists and for which there is no person, organization, governmental unit or other organized group of persons available and able to perform such maintenance.
