§ 10.7-19. Permit requirements and procedure.
(a)
Application. Any development in the Green Swamp will require a development permit. An application for a permit shall be submitted to Polk County's division of development coordination, planning department, accompanied by such fee as may be established by resolution of the board of county commissioners. This fee is in addition to and not in lieu of any fees required by any other applicable ordinances.
(b)
Required information. The development permit application shall be accompanied by any and all information required under chapter 22 F-6, Part VI, as well as any information deemed necessary by the planning department for the review of said application.
(c)
Procedure. Any development permit requiring zoning action shall be processed concurrently with and as part of the request for such action. Any development not requiring zoning action shall be reviewed within fifteen (15) days to determine if the application is sufficient. If insufficient, the application shall be returned to the applicant for completion. If sufficient, the application shall be approved, approved with modifications or disapproved within an additional twenty (20) days by the development coordinator and/or his designee(s).
