§ 10.5-254. Annual review.

This article and the fee study adopted in section 10.5-252 hereof shall be reviewed annually by the board in January, or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The purpose of such review shall be to demonstrate that the fees reasonably anticipated to be generated by this article do not exceed the reasonably anticipated costs of providing the registration services. In the event the review of the article and the fee study required by this section alters or changes the assumptions, conclusions and findings of the fee study accepted by reference in section 10.5-252, then said study shall be amended and updated to reflect the assumptions, conclusions and findings of such review and the fee study shall be amended in accordance therewith.
