§ 10.5-34. Transcript of register to be delivered to sheriff.

All dealers shall, not later than 12:00 noon of each business day, deliver to the sheriff of the county or his representative a full and complete copy or transcript of the register in which is entered the transactions of the preceding business day as required by section 10.5-32. Delivery shall be deemed complete by personal delivery or upon depositing the copy or transcript of the register in the United States Mail addressed to: Sheriff of Polk County, Attention: CID, 455 North Broadway, Bartow, Florida 33830.
