§ 10.5-31. Definitions.

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

Bullion coins means fungible coins with intrinsic value greater than the numismatic value.

Dealer means any person in the county engaged in the business of purchasing or selling at retail or wholesale or otherwise dealing in any old, used or secondhand precious metals of any kind or description, whether with a fixed place of business or as an itinerant.

Precious metal means gold, silver or platinum.
