§ 10.3-21. Violations; penalties.

(1)

Violation of section 10.3-19 of this article is punishable by a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(2)

Violations of any other section of this article shall be punishable as follows:

(a)

First violation of this article by a person shall result in a warning being issued.

(b)

Second violation of this article by a person shall result in a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(c)

Third violation of this article by a person shall result in a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).

(d)

Fourth and subsequent violations of this article by a person shall result in a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
