§ 9-134. Use of local business tax revenues.

Pursuant to Section 205.033(7), Florida Statutes, all revenues received from Polk County's local business tax shall be used for overseeing and implementing a comprehensive economic development strategy through advertising, promotional activities, and other sales and marketing techniques.
