§ 9-124. Violations and penalties.

Violation of any provision of this article shall be treated in the same manner as a misdemeanor of the second degree punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed sixty (60) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
