§ 9-118. Violations and penalties.

A person or organization who violates the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), and imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than sixty (60) days. For violations that are of a continuing nature, each day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
