§ 9-105. Definitions.

Latest version.

For the purposes of this article, words shall be defined as provided in Section 849.091, Florida Statutes, as from time to time amended. In addition to the statutory definitions adopted hereby, words shall be defined as set forth in this article. In the event of a conflict between the statutory and ordinance definitions, the definition contained in this article shall apply unless the statutory definition is more restrictive.
