§ 8-98. Reports of water quality generally.

Reports of water testing showing the bacteriological and chemical quality of the water in a pool shall be submitted by each public swimming pool operator to the county health department monthly on forms to be prepared by the said health department. The daily operation record required by Section 10D-5.05(3) of the Florida Administrative Code shall be maintained by each public swimming pool operator and submitted periodically as required by the county health officer.
