§ 8-90. Sizing of pools.

Latest version.

All pools shall be sized in accordance with the latest recommendations of the National Swimming Pool Institute for nontransient use of pools; provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to public pools approved for construction prior to August 14, 1974.
