§ 8-85. Adoption of state standards; compliance required.

Except to the extent that they are modified, limited or extended by other provisions of this article Chapter 10D-5 of the Rules of the State Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services Division of Health are hereby adopted. Compliance with all provisions of said Chapter 10D-5 is required hereby as fully as if said chapter were herein set forth in full.
