§ 8-73. Renewal of operational permit.

Latest version.

The operational permit required by the provisions of this article shall be issued for a period of one year. Thereafter, the operator shall apply for renewal annually during the month prior to the anniversary of the permit. The county health department shall inspect the facility and renew the permit if the facility continues to meet the standards herein set forth.
