§ 8-71. Application for construction permit.

An application with plans as provided in section 10D-5.04 of the Florida Administrative Code and promulgated by the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Division of Health, relating to swimming pools and bathing places shall constitute an application for the county health department construction permit required by this article.
