§ 8-55. Injunctive relief.

If a sanitary nuisance is not removed by a person required to do so by a notice promulgated pursuant to this article within the time prescribed in a notice promulgated pursuant to this article, the county attorney, upon the request of the director of the county health department, the environmental services department, or the board of county commissioners may apply for an injunction to abate such nuisance.
