§ 8-37. Pressure tanks.

In public water supply systems employing a hydro-pneumatic tank as a means of maintaining pressure in the system, this tank shall be designed for a total gross volume of at least thirty-five (35) gallons per residential connection per day, where fire protection is not provided. Where fire protection is to be provided, additional storage shall be required.
