§ 8-36. Emergency operation.

All public water supplies serving one hundred (100) residential connections or greater shall make provisions for maintaining an adequate supply of water in times of emergency. Where auxiliary engines are utilized, sufficient fuel shall be maintained on site to provide for seventy-two (72) hours of operation of the system.
